Leadership Insights: Innovations in Value-Based Care
Value-based care has been at the forefront of many healthcare conversations and initiatives for some time, with leading experts and healthcare executives touting its importance. At the same time, the transition from volume to value has not been as swift as expected, with most hospital and health systems still leveraging a fee-for-service approach. As Medicare Advantage continues to expand, care outside of hospitals grows, and the push to address systemic inequities in our healthcare systems increases, the logical and necessary move will be to shift to more value-based care arrangements to meet the needs of patients, providers and organizations. Join this timely session to hear directly from three leaders at the forefront of this work as they discuss innovations in value-based care, and what healthcare executives need to know before, during and after this inevitable shift.
