Biography

Donna Littlepage is asenior vice president of Accountable Care Strategies at Carilion Clinic. She is heavily involved in Carilion’s work with value-based care and transformation of the healthcare payment system and, in partnership with her physician dyad partner, leads Carilion’s ACO. In her roles with Carilion Clinic over the past 34 years, she has had financial responsibility for hospitals, the physician group, health plans, transportation services, retail pharmacy and revenue cycle. She was also the founding CFO of the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine until its integration into Virginia Tech.

In addition, Ms. Littlepageis a Fellow in the Healthcare Financial Management Association as well as aformer member of their National Advisory Council.  She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration from Virginia Tech and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is the recipient of the HFMA Medal of Honor Award, the 2013 DePaul Women of Achievement award and the 2014 Influential Women of Virginia award presented by Virginia Lawyers Weekly. She serves on the board of several not-for-profit healthcare organizations in and around Roanoke, Virginia.
