Hear from Previous Participants

Don’t just take our word for it—take a minute to review a few testimonials from previous participants of this prestigious program.

"Participating in the Executive Program has been a truly transformative experience… It came at a pivotal moment in my journey, as I have been transitioning from direct patient care into executive leadership over the past decade, seeking a deeper purpose in leading through others. The program offered a space for reflection, growth, and connection with incredible healthcare leaders who are all driven by a shared mission: to improve patient care and make a meaningful difference."

Catherine Boyd, Chief Operating Officer at New England Life Care

"The program provided an in-depth and current approach to leadership in healthcare, with excellent instructors who are not only academically skilled but also have practical experience in the field. The interactive sessions, site visits, case studies, and the opportunity to network with professionals from diverse disciplines significantly enhanced my knowledge and skills. What truly made this program special was its focus on practical applicability in the rapidly changing healthcare environment. The tools and insights I gained are something I now use every day in my work."

Fardoe Hoefnagel, COO at SEIN

"Initially, I hesitated to join because of my own feelings of impostor syndrome. I questioned whether I belonged in a space with such accomplished professionals. However, from the very first session, I was struck by how welcoming and accepting everyone was. The program fostered a supportive environment where I felt valued and encouraged, and this sense of belonging helped me grow in confidence and embrace my role as a leader. This program stands apart from others because of its focus on actionable outcomes. It’s not just theoretical—it gives you strategies that you can implement immediately."
