Public Protection
ACHE generates and adheres to a set of business practices that contribute to a positive social impact while creating a healthier organization, profession and community. This is done in three ways:
- Adherence to and promotion of ethical standards and practices.
- Self-regulation of the profession through credentialing and strong ethical standards.
- A concern for human rights as reflected in raising awareness with policy makers about issues related to the profession of healthcare management and healthcare deliver as well as advocating for the values relevant to ACHE as an association.
