She has helped executives and their teams to successfully navigate a range of business situations including crisis management, merger and acquisition integration and rapid growth acceleration. She demonstrates a genuine interest in people, a concern for their needs and applies DEI concepts in her work, the majority of which is in life sciences, healthcare and technology. Before coming to WittKieffer, Foster held a variety of senior roles at a prominent global executive recruiting and consulting firm including a prior role as the North America lead for culture transformation solutions. Most recently, she was a senior client partner dedicated to culture, change and communications. She is certified in behavioral interviewing, coding and a variety of leadership development methodologies.
