Lora Sullivan, BSN, RN is the quality reporting specialist in the Population Health department for the NCH Medical Group. Currently, Sullivan is responsible for assessing processes and practices for regulatory reporting and conformance to quality standards. She assists the director of population health in the development, measurement and evaluation of clinical systems and processes which improve efficiency, quality of care and health outcomes. Sullivan works closely with department leaders and key program managers, business, quality and IT leaders to implement improvements. She holds both a BSN and BA from Excelsior University in Albany, New York and is actively pursuing her MSN.
