Liz Holland serves as Director, Medical Science Liaison in Oncology at Quest Diagnostics. This role bridges the gap from assay development to clinical utility as she provides guidance on appropriate utilization of testing. Holland is a trauma nurse with extensive experience in industry ranging from launching a curative Hepatitis C therapy to lifecycle management of several molecular tests in oncology. Her scientific work has been peer-reviewed, published and used as nationwide collateral for marketing and training. She has presented at scientific engagements at the local, regional and national levels. Through her role at Quest, Holland has developed several key external stakeholders into long term partnerships that advance the science behind the Quest oncology portfolio, all while maintaining a posture of service to the patient. Holland received her undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University, another BS in nursing from the University of Maryland School of Nursing and her MS from University of Baltimore.
