Dr. Kelly Vance is the director of Veteran Health Administration’s (VHA) Workplace Violence Prevention Program, a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a Fellow of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology with almost 20 years of experience as a physician in VHA. As the WVPP director, she oversees the development of workplace violence prevention policy and training curriculum, the collection and analysis of violence reporting data and the research in and application of research to all forms of workplace violence that occur in VHA.
