James Porter is president, Deaconess Health System Inc., Evansville, Ind. He is board certified in internal medicine and pediatrics and has practiced hospital medicine. He initiated Deaconess Care Integration and led its growth and development into one of the most successful Next Generation ACOs in the country. Under Dr. Porter's leadership, Deaconess also launched the OneCare Collaborative, a clinically integrated network recognized as a national leader for innovation and success in value and risk-based arrangements.
