Erik Rasmussen is vice president of the Advocacy and Public Policy Group in the Federal Relations Department of the American Hospital Association. He is responsible for representing AHA’s interests before the U.S. Congress. Mr. Rasmussen’s primary goals are to promote hospitals’ interests with primary congressional committees with greatest importance to hospitals and play a leadership role in developing AHA’s strategies and articulating AHA’ s policies on assigned congressional committees.
