Daniel Kubiak is a continuous Improvement specialist at Cleveland Clinic. He has spent over 15 years in operations leadership, in continuous improvement roles ranging from the U.S. Marine Corps to manufacturing to eight years at Cleveland Clinic. He supports multiple institutes on the organization's main campus, coaching leaders in the use of the Cleveland Clinic Improvement Model. Designed to build teams that are capable, empowered and expected to make improvements every day, the intent of the CCIM is to engage teams with a clear and consistent vision as well.
