Corwin N. Harper, FACHE, a native of South Carolina, is currently the CEO of Ochsner Health’s Northshore (Louisiana) and Mississippi Gulf Coast Region. Before arriving at Ochsner in late 2021, Mr. Corwin was with Kaiser Permanente in Northern California for more than 25 years, where he gained positions of increasing responsibility including physician practice management, hospital operations, health plan management, and equity and inclusion. He was CEO of three different markets in Kaiser Permanente for more than 17 years and served as CEO of their Central Valley Area for his last four years with the organization. His leadership and business philosophy are grounded by an analytical and deductive approach to improving patient care and driving value-based efficiency across the healthcare continuum.

Mr. Corwin earned an undergraduate degree from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, as well as a Master of Healthcare Administration degree from Baylor University. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Commissioned Medical Services Officer in the United States Army Medical Command.
