Amy Conlon is the Population Health Sr. Manager at Exact Sciences. In this role, Conlon supports the implementation of quality improvement initiatives with payers and health systems to improve colorectal cancer screening rates with a focus on eliminating health disparities. She serves as a subject matter expert in the areas of quality measures and public health systems of care. Conlon brings over 20 years of experience in public health program development and management, health equity and cancer control to her current role.
