Wayne A. Philippi is the president and senior partner of WolfCreek Partners Inc.

Since co-founding the firm in 2001, Mr. Philippi has developed specialized leadership consulting services, coaching and training programs that provide direction to clientele to understand and manage complex systems. Under Mr. Philippi’s guidance, the focus of WolfCreek Partners has been on partnerships, leadership and the strategic implementation of initiatives to drive organizational performance and culture. He helps people reframe their thinking about their work, their mission and their role as it relates to changing marketplace realities. The focus of his work is to support the development of interdependent leaders who can lead interdependent organizations, thus fostering the discovery and implementation of new solutions.

Mr. Philippi helps break through patterns and achieve new thinking. He has been coaching, advising and guiding C-suite executives for more than 25 years. Prior to co-founding WolfCreek Partners, Mr. Philippi was the chief design officer with the Change Management Division of Aon Consulting. He has partnered with international client organizations in the healthcare, automotive, consumer products, consulting, retail, hospitality and manufacturing sectors.
