Vania Sakelaris is a seasoned executive with a 30-year career including 25 years as a Senior Healthcare Administrator. Sakelaris lifelong passion for empowerment and capacity building inspired the launch of her business, VAS & Associates Inc., a management consulting firm which provides customized advisory, executive coaching and training services to corporate executives, their boards, and their teams.

Sakelaris holds an MBA from the Ivey Business School and is a Certified Business Coach. She is also certified as a Healthcare Executive through the Canadian College of Health Leaders.
