Tina Gallup is a talent acquisition leader within a variety of industries including health care, consumer goods and manufacturing. She currently is a leader of Executive/Leadership Recruitment for Advocate Health, third largest non-for-profit integrated healthcare system. She is skilled in developing strategy, leading recruitment, sourcing teams, talent management as well as diversity and inclusion efforts.

Prior to joining Advocate Health, Gallup was a talent acquisition manager with MillerCoors where she focused on recruitment strategy and diverse pipeline development. She also held roles with two boutique search firms where she developed her love for executive talent acquisition and gained and retained contingent search knowledge. Gallup has a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
