Sid Raman is a director at Innosight, a global growth strategy and innovation consulting firm founded on Harvard Business School Professor Clayton Christensen’s theories of disruptive innovation. With over eight years of experience, Raman has a proven track record of helping senior healthcare executives navigate complex and disruptive changes across the industry.
Raman's expertise spans the entire care continuum, with a deep focus on both provider and payor spaces. He specializes in strategy development, portfolio management, mergers and acquisitions and consumer research. Raman has collaborated closely with Fortune 50 executives to develop and accelerate growth strategies, create new business models and establish sustainable innovation mechanisms.
In addition to healthcare, Raman has significant experience in digital, consumer products, pharma and biotech sectors. His holistic understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, combined with his strategic and innovative approach, enables him to drive impactful transformations in the evolving sphere of healthcare.
Prior to Innosight, Raman was an engineer and scientist with extensive research experience in both the basic and applied sciences. He also has previous experience at Johnson & Johnson as a process engineer and AstraZeneca as a protein formulation scientist.
