Biography

Rob joined Duly in 2022 as Vice President, Supply Chain. In this capacity Rob is focused on building out the infrastructure and processes needed to drive cost savings initiatives through strategic sourcing and operational improvements. This has included developing a pipeline of savings opportunities and associated project plans as well as a transformation roadmap for streamlining clinic supply management.

Prior to Duly, Rob started his career at Danaher, where he worked in operational engineering and supply chain capacities for Leica Biosystems. From there, he transitioned to UChicago Medicine, where he served in several roles of increasing responsibility. A few highlights of his time at UChicago Medicine include building and scaling the Ambulatory supply chain structure and team from the initial clinic in 2016 to its current network of 50+ locations as well as transforming operations at Ingalls Memorial Hospital to assume ownership of supply management for all service lines.

Rob holds a B.S. in General Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and earned his M.B.A. from University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He also has obtained several certifications in lean process tools including value stream mapping and standard work.
