Paige McCall has served as a leader in healthcare for over 26 years. She has been an executive leader for Dignity Health and MultiCare Health Systems and designed the leadership model aligning business development and clinical service line teams, growing and advancing clinical services for the Dignity Health Heart & Vascular Institute of Greater Sacramento, the Oncology Institute and the Neuroscience Institute of Northern California. Ms. McCall also brought business strategy and clinical institute leadership together to plan for the smart-growth of services that included physician leaders in the design and development of regional services and advancements in access for the expanding geographies.

As the system vice president for Service Lines at MultiCare Health System, Ms. McCall led the formation of service line structure and the development of data models that inform healthcare growth across the Pacific Northwest. As the leader over clinical service growth and development for acute and ambulatory care in the Pacific Northwest, Ms. McCall served as the executive sponsor and partner to Dispatch Health, leading and expanding advanced care services at home throughout Washington State.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Sacramento, and a Master’s in Health Administration from the University of Arizona.
