Natalie D. Lamberton is currently CEO of Talas Harbor Healthcare. She has spent her career as a CEO and COO in rural, urban and suburban hospitals in acute and post-acute care. Ms. Lamberton has been a guest lecturer for leadership and management for several graduate programs around the country and has been faculty at ACHE’s annual Congress on Healthcare Leadership for 11 years running. She received an ACHE Distinguished Service Award in 2013 and an ACHE Regent Early Careerist Award in 2009. She was honored by Legacy Miami as one of “South Florida’s Most Powerful and Influential Black Professionals in Business and Industry” in 2016.
