Melanie Parks is a managing director within the healthcare division of JLL Work Dynamics. She provides executive oversight for key client accounts and employees in the delivery services including facilities management/workplace experience, project management, occupancy planning, transaction management, portfolio strategy and strategic consulting. Parks also leads the division’s efforts to promote client networking including best practices sharing and industry insights.

Prior to her role as managing director for healthcare, Parks served as managing director for JLL's Financial Services. She also served as a group account executive where she had executive oversight for nine client accounts managing over $153 million in revenue and 260 employees. Accounts represented financial services, consulting and government contracting industries.

Before joining JLL, Parks served as transition leader for CBRE developing transition solutions, project timelines and project budgets for expansion and new business pursuits. She also served as alliance director for CBRE, leading a team of service line professionals in two regions for a 17-site pilot program for workplace experience services. Other roles within CBRE include Amazon regional director, Booz Allen Hamilton alliance director, director of Capital One facilities management, Capital One Mid Atlantic regional director and director of corporate services.
