Megan Gillespie, DNP, FACHE, currently fulfills the VP/CNO role at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital. She is an experienced, passionate, outcome-oriented healthcare leader that leverages foundations in business administration and executive healthcare leadership. She isboard certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center in advanced executive nurse leadership and is board certified in healthcare management as an ACHE Fellow.

Dr. Gillespie is experiencedacross both outpatient and inpatient operations. She has a proven track record of performance improvement, enhancing staff engagement and improving HCAHPS and cost-effectiveness. Dr. Gillespie focuses on transforming teams throughawareness of quality andfinancial impact, engagement in action plans and celebrating successes. She is passionate about leadership development, meaningful recognition and succession planning.

Her varied clinical background and experiences have assisted in her ability to lead and build effective teams, create framework for growth, engage team members to achieve results, and adapt to multifactorial requirements to meet patient and business needs.
