Kevin Klauer, DO, EJD, FACEP is Chief Medical Officer for Emergency Medicine Physicians, Ltd., based in Canton, Ohio. He also serves as the Director of the Center for Emergency Medical Education (CEME) and on the Board of Directors for Physicians Specialty Limited Risk Retention Group and Emergency Medicine Physicians, Ltd. Dr. Klauer is residency trained and board certified in emergency medicine. He graduated from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa and attended Charity Hospital in New Orleans for his emergency medicine residency where he served as Chief Resident. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM). Dr. Klauer has received the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) teaching faculty award and serves as Editor In Chief for Emergency Physicians Monthly.
