John P. Glaser, PhD, FHIMSS, is vice president and chief information officer at Partners Healthcare System, Inc. Dr. Glaser was the founding chairman of the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) and has been awarded the John Gall Award for Healthcare CIO of the Year. He holds a doctorate in healthcare information systems from the University of Minnesota .
