Ian Lazarus is president/CEO of Creato Performance Solutions in Del Mar, Calif. Previously, he has held senior positions at Voluntary Hospitals of America (now Vizient), Kaiser Permanente and McKesson. He has been published widely in a range of prominent healthcare journals, and is currently a monthly columnist for Quality Magazine, writing on topics related to performance improvement across all major industries. Board certified in healthcare management as an ACHE Fellow, Mr. Lazarus has presented at ACHE’s Congress for the past 21 years and serves on the faculty for ACHE’s regional cluster programs. He has earned the ACHE Exemplary Service Award for his years of voluntary service to ACHE.
