Heriberto “Eddie” Cruz is vice president, Operations, Access Community Health Network in Oak Lawn, Ill. Access is one of the nation’s largest federally qualified health center organizations. With 36 community health centers, the organization provides primary and preventive healthcare services for more than 180,000 patients throughout Chicago, as well as Cook and DuPage counties. Mr. Cruz has been with Access since 2003, where he increasingly assumed greater levels of responsibility.
