Gary Yates is a partner with Press Ganey Strategic Consulting. He is the former president of Healthcare Performance Improvement LLC and senior vice president/CMO for Sentara Healthcare, where his responsibilities included the clinical effectiveness programs, patient safety programs, physician integration efforts and medical management initiatives for Sentara’s hospital system and health plan. He is a board-certified family physician and fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
