Diane L. Kelly, DrPH, MBA, RN, is a seasoned professional who applies her expertise in quality and performance excellence along the continuum of healthcare delivery and public health. She has consulted with more than 100 hospitals and health services organizations in the United States, Central and Eastern Europe, and Bermuda. She is currently a principal consultant with Quantix Health Capital, LLC. She served as a member of the board of examiners for the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program from 1999 to 2001 and on the editorial board of The Joint Commission Journal on Quality and Patient Safety from 2004 to 2008. Dr. Kelly earned a doctorate in public health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Gillings School of Global Public Health; an MBA from the University of Utah; and a BS in nursing from West Virginia University. She is a certified National Committee for Quality Assurance patient-centered medical home content expert.
