Daniel P. Skarlicki is the Edgar F. Kaiser Professor of Organizational Behavior at the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business. He co-leads the Physician Leadership Program, a collaboration among UBC’s Faculty of Medicine, BC Health Authorities, BC Patient Safety and Quality Council and the Sauder School of Business. He teaches leadership in UBC’s Master in Health Administration program and has delivered management programs at Tulane University’s School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine in New Orleans. He has consulted for over 30 major companies and conducted executive programs in US, Europe, China, Mexico and South America. His research interests focus on leadership, organizational justice and mindfulness at work.

He is a Fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology of the American Psychological Association. His papers have been published in many of the top management and psychology journals. He has received numerous international research and teaching awards.
