Daniel J. West, Jr., PhD, FACHE, FACMPE, is the chair and professor in the Department of Health Administration and Human Resources at the University of Scranton. With 40 years of healthcare management, consulting, and leadership experience, Dr. West teaches in the Graduate School at the University of Scranton and has specialized in international health care, globalization, multiculturalism, and diversity management.
