Biography
As an organizational psychologist, Ashley Parker, PhD, helps individuals thrive at work, where she believes everybody deserves to be engaged, effective and valued. All her work is based on this fundamental belief.
Since joining CMA in 2013, Parker honed her experience in many areas, including executive coaching, leadership assessments, team retreats, trainings, employee engagement surveys, succession planning and organizational analyses. Given her prior experience in clinical settings, she possesses a deep understanding of individual change processes, which help clients meet their goals.
Parker earned her PhD in clinical psychology from the University of Missouri—St. Louis. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and anthropology with a minor in African American studies from Washington University in St. Louis. She completed her pre-doctoral clinical internship at the Center for Multicultural Training in Psychology at Boston University School of Medicine and Boston Medical Center. Her work has appeared in a variety of publications, and she has presented at national conferences. She is a member of the American Psychological Association.
