Allyson Saccomandi, SPHR, SHRM-CP, Vice President, Leadership and Organizational Development, Temple University Health System

A highly accomplished, innovative human resource and learning leader, Allyson Saccomandi joined the Temple University Health System in January of 2015 as the director of Learning and Organizational Development and was promoted to vice president of Leadership and Organizational Development at Temple University Health System in 2023.

Working in multiple industries, including healthcare, financial services, higher education and manufacturing, Saccomandi gained experience in all HR disciplines including recruitment, compensation and employee relations. Her passion lies in leadership development where she has a demonstrated track record of aligning human resource initiatives with business goals to optimize performance.

Her experience coaching and developing executives, leaders and intact teams to achieve their full potential is extensive. She holds a master’s in adult and organizational development from Temple University, a bachelor’s in management from Rosemont College where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and a variety of professional certifications through HRCI as well as MBTI, HBDI and Lominger.
