ACHE defines early careerists as Members and Fellows who are under 40 years of age.
What is the Early Careerist Network?
ACHE’s Early Careerist Network is the special interest group for Members and Fellows under the age of 40 that offers a special package of career development resources including the special discounts for early careerists . Student Associates are not eligible to be part of the ECN – they can get these benefits when they transfer to Member status.
If I am 40+ years of age, can I be a part of the ECN to receive the coupon?
Members who are 40+ years of age might be interested in being a part of the Early Careerist Network if they have just changed careers and want more resources. Please contact our Customer Service Center to request access to the ECN annual coupon program. Members can also opt in to the program by selecting “Early Careerist” as a special interest area in their member questionnaire.
What are the Early Careerist coupons, and how many are there?
Early careerists can select ONE coupon to use each calendar year on your choice of six eligible ACHE programs, products and services.
ACHE offers early careerist discounts for select In-Person, Virtual Interactive and on-demand programs, and ACHE’s Enhanced Interview Prep Tool, and the online Emotional Intelligence Assessment. The Congress on Healthcare Leadership is a coupon-excluded program. (Restrictions apply and member login required.) Select an available coupon and register. Early careerist discount coupons cannot be used toward membership dues payments.

How do you get the coupon itself?
Once you choose your coupon on the online form, an e-mail will automatically be sent with instructions to redeem the coupon. Coupon codes are listed in the My Discount Programs section of My ACHE.
(Please note that you must complete the $0 transaction to receive your coupon. Coupons will not be activated if they are still in your shopping cart.)
If you cannot find your personal coupon code, please visit the My Discount Programs section of your My ACHE.
Yes. Coupons expire on Dec. 31 of each year.
Can I exchange one type of coupon for another?
Yes, provided the coupon you selected was not redeemed. In order to exchange Education or Career Resource Center coupons, please contact our Customer Service Center.
Can I use the coupon for something other than the program indicated?
No. The coupons were carefully selected and may not be transferred or applied to another program.
Can I transfer the coupon to someone else?
No. The coupon was intended for early careerist members only. Remember, all ECs are eligible to select their own coupons.

Yes. The annual coupon program is available through the calendar year. If you start the year as an EC, you will be eligible to select and redeem your ECN coupon through Dec. 31 of that year.
When are members removed from the Early Careerist Network?
Early Careerists will continue to receive ECN benefits throughout the calendar year that you turn 40. You will be removed from the network at the end of that calendar year.
How do I redeem my coupon during a transaction?
To use your ECN coupon, you must enter the appropriate discount program coupon code into your shopping cart or invoice at the time of the transaction.
- Find your coupon code in the “My Discount Programs” section in your My ACHE.
- Click on the “Apply L2L or Early Careerist Coupon” button in the shopping cart and paste the coupon code to receive your discount
