Returns from Individual Customers
- Publication(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Publication(s) that are out of print more than six months are not returnable.
- Publication(s), including any supplemental materials (CDs, software, etc.), must be free from marks and other damage and in original, sellable condition.
- Shipping and third-party handling fees must be paid by the purchaser. Health Administration Press (HAP) does not refund shipping or handling charges unless the product received was damaged, defective or incorrect due to an error on HAP’s part.

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 10% of the price of the returned books will be deducted from the credit issued when the original order is for 10 copies or more of a specific title and 50% or more of the quantity ordered is returned.
Damages/Shortages
All damages/shortages must be reported to HAP within 3 weeks of receipt of merchandise. Failure to do so will result in the denial of claims against the order.
Credit Processing
- Credits issued for returns must be used within one year of the date the credit is issued. All unused credit balances will be refunded 365 days from the date of credit unless there is a balance due on the account. No refunds will be issued if there is a balance due.
