The customer, Witt Kieffer, elected to take advantage of the option to print with customized cover for orders over 300 copies.  The copies were drop shipped from the printer (Gasch).  A new item code was created for this special cover to avoid confusion and to avoid inventory issues (since they were never received into the warehouse at BrightKey but needed to be billed as a sale from BrightKey).
