Katie Lawrence, CMPE

Katie Lawrence is executive director, ambulatory optimization and integration, Prisma Health Medical Group, Greenville, S.C. Prior to her current role, she spent 12 years in leadership roles at what was then Greenville Health System, including operations, practice management and optimization. Her work focuses on medical group access and quality care metrics, and optimizing workflows and experiences for staff, providers and patients. She earned her Master of Health Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina and her Bachelor of Arts from Furman University.
