Digital Pathology and the AI Experience

Work in the clinical laboratory has been transformed in recent years, through advances in digital pathology, artificial intelligence (AI), automation and digital information flow. With AI-powered pathology, patients can be more effectively matched with effective treatments and patient outcomes can be improved through more accurate diagnosis. This session will provide background on the shortage of pathologists and the impact on health systems, how digital pathology aids in decision-making and improves patient care.
