Elizabeth A. Cohen, PharmD, BCPS, is a clinical pharmacist and manager of transplant quality, compliance and outreach at Yale New Haven Hospital. She covers abdominal transplant clinical services in addition to project management, data analysis and quality improvement for the Transplant Department.

Cohen graduated from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Then, she completed her PGY-1 pharmacy practice and PGY-2 solid organ transplant residencies at Yale New Haven Hospital, which is where she moved into a clinical pharmacist role in abdominal transplant. She has published in more than 20 publications on subjects including Hepatitis C treatment, use of belatacept for the prevention of rejection in kidney transplant recipients, multi-modal pain management and infectious disease considerations in transplant patients.
