The Latest Governance Trends: Boards are Evolving as Healthcare Changes
The American Hospital Association has periodically surveyed the nation’s hospitals and health systems to develop a comprehensive picture of the state of healthcare governance structures and practices in the United States. Attendees will hear an overview of key trends from the survey including board structures, diversity and health equity and other focus areas that are continuing to evolve in the changing environment. Following the presentation, the panelists will engage in a discussion to further examine these trends and highlight some of their board best practices.
