Leveraging Data-Driven Tools to Advance Health Equity at Northern Light Health
There is a common saying that your ZIP code matters more than your genetic code. In fact, studies show that nonclinical factors can impact as much as 80% of a person's overall health. Although the importance of addressing health inequities has garnered more attention since the global pandemic began, social risk factors still go overlooked and unaddressed.
Northern Light Health has taken strides to tackle health inequities in its community. Hear from the organization’s leaders on their approach to advancing health equity, and their use of data-driven tools to proactively identify and address social risk factors in their patient population.
