Danny Gladden, LCSW

Danny Gladden, LCSW, is general manager and director of behavioral health, Oracle Cerner, a global health platform and technology company. Danny is also a licensed mental health and addiction treatment clinician and senior leader for Akeela, Inc. serving most recently as COO. Gladden previously served in clinical and administrative leadership for Behavioral Health Response and is adjunct clinical professor of social work at St. Louis University. He has served as a human services and social work educator since 2010.

Gladden presents regularly on suicide assessment and prevention, crisis intervention, LGBTQ behavioral health, and the intersection of trauma and oppression. He previously served as treasurer on the board of the Missouri Teen Pregnancy and Prevention Partnership and is currently a member of Treatment Communities of America. He also serves as co-chair of the Early Career Committee for the American Association of Suicidology.

Gladden received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Missouri—Columbia, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Tyler and his Master of Social Work from Washington University.
