Pathways to the Healthcare CEO Role
There are many reasons why healthcare executives aspire to become CEOs. The position is a platform to improve the lives of many others, challenge one's own leadership skills and find tremendous personal and professional reward. This webinar looks at the motivations that should go into wanting to be a healthcare CEO, the pitfalls and potholes to watch for along the way and the necessary steps that need to be taken to develop skills and leadership competencies to hold this top role. Rather than a single designated route, there are many pathways to becoming a CEO. However, executives eyeing the top spot should follow some commonalities and best practices on their journey and above all, they must be proactive and strategic in charting their course.
