Health systems continue to face a difficult financial landscape. Changing labor markets, the expansion of ambulatory care and growing inflationary pressures are creating a perfect storm for traditional health systems.

This course will review lessons learned during four financial turnarounds. Insights from research into performance-based cultures that drive results will also be shared. Attendees will hear how top performers accomplish their goals in different ways and learn how those lessons can help change the trajectory of an organization.

Topics for this session include labor management and expense control, culture change to drive results and sustainable performance, change management, and system and operational redesign.
