Epidemiology Meets Strategy: Leading Healthcare Organizations in a New Reality
Epidemiology is a new core competency for leading-edge executives and resilient organizations. The epidemiology of infectious and chronic disease impacts healthcare leaders in three ways. First, as employers, the performance and productivity of your organization depends upon the health of your workforce. Second, as guardians of community and population health, epidemiology is a key analytic tool to identify, stratify and respond to risks. Third, the COVID-19 pandemic has taught leaders in all industries how a lack of incorporating epidemiology in strategy, strategic planning and enterprise risk management results in a lack of business continuity.
This case-based, interactive seminar will enhance your strategic insight and ability to predict, respond to and mitigate the epidemiological risks facing your organization today and tomorrow. Attendees will learn how to identify opportunities in the epidemiological trends of the future during this engaging seminar.
