  • Evaluate the extent and impact of burnout on your organization.
  • Discuss actionable steps for promoting clinician wellness.
  • Understand why a multifaceted action plan is critical to combating clinician burnout.
  • Develop a roadmap for addressing healthcare professional burnout in your organization.

Who Should Attend:

Healthcare senior leaders (CEOs, COOs, CMOs, CFOs, chief wellness officers, department chairs, etc.) who are interested in identifying specific strategies and exploring actionable processes to promoting clinician wellness, learning more about the financial resources necessary to run a wellness program, and gaining tools to support clinician wellness in their organizations and departments.
