Leading With Enlightenment - The Essential Toolkit
No two people have identical leadership styles. There are introverts and extroverts, creators and influencers, visual learners and hands-on learners, and the list goes on. A truly effective leader understands not only the foundational principles of leadership but also recognizes one’s own identity and preferences. This cannot be achieved by simply reading a textbook, studying peer-reviewed articles or attending leadership forums. To effectively lead, it is necessary to be aware of one’s own emotional intelligence, psychological preferences, conflict resolution style and more. This enlightenment not only allows the leader to identify and cultivate one’s strengths, but also sheds light on opportunities for improvement. By equipping ourselves with this essential toolkit, we can tap into our full potential, lead with enlightenment and accelerate growth.
- Explain the importance of professional enlightenment for a leader.
- List and describe the fundamental tools for developing professional enlightenment.
- Apply this toolkit toward professional development.
