Building Your Leadership Skills to Take a Seat at the Table
This course will describe various leadership pathways. The goal is to provide learning opportunities in building leadership skills and teams as well as speak to diversity challenges. Leadership models have to be flexible but sustainable. This course is built to identify traits, skills, and techniques for optimal leadership and pitfall avoidance.
