<div>Laura Goldhahn is the president and CEO, L2G Inc., which offers healthcare consulting and executive coaching services. She is currently working exclusively with Sanford Health in Fargo, N.D., as it operationalizes a new $494 million hospital. Ms. Goldhahn brings high reliability organizing, university and community relations and strategic planning support to Sanford Medical Center Fargo. Previously, she worked for several years as a national consultant for Healthcare Performance Improvement, bringing high reliability training and culture transformation to Henry Ford Health System, Dignity Health and Cancer Treatment Centers of America.</div>

<div>Jamie Haeuser is principal, Haeuser Health Strategies, LLC and former master faculty at Ochsner Learning Institute of Ochsner Health System. She has over 30 years of experience in healthcare leadership, most recently as senior vice president, operations, Woman&#8217;s Hospital in Baton Rouge, La. Ms. Haeuser&#8217;s expertise includes operations, strategic planning and performance improvement.
