Case Study: Safety 2.0 Surgical Services and Labor & Delivery are two high -risk areas that require intense focus regarding safe care and accountability. Clinical Environment Workgroups and matrixed leadership were essential to Main Line Health’s success. These areas took a more in-depth approach to maintain the focus and build increased communication for their clinical teams. A panel discussion will follow this presentation. |
