<div>Rod Brace, PhD, is a&nbsp;founding partner, Relia Advisors LLC, Houston, which provides expertise in high reliability organizational models, organizational model/culture assessment and design, leadership development and governance board assessments and strategies, including governance/management interventions.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Dr. Brace most recently&nbsp;retired as regional president/chief learning officer for the Memorial Hermann Health System, Houston. He served 30 years in operational positions, including chief&nbsp;regional operations officer and hospital CEO/COO in nonprofit and&nbsp;investor-owned health systems.</div><div>&nbsp;</div>Rod is an executive&nbsp;coach, national speaker, author and faculty member at both The University of&nbsp;Alabama at Birmingham and ACHE. He also holds an MBA and PhD in management, with&nbsp;a research emphasis in employee engagement, organizational cultures and&nbsp;leadership.

<div>David James is president, Sentara Medical Groups and Ambulatory Services, Norfolk, Va. He oversees and leads all Sentara medical groups and the ambulatory services division. This includes redesigning existing ambulatory services into retail destinations, leveraging opportunities for innovation around the consumer experience and strengthening the brand services continuum for each product line. Prior to this role, he was CEO, Memorial Hermann Medical Group &amp; Post-Acute Services, Houston. Previously, Dr. James was senior vice president, Medical Operations, ProMedica Physician Group, Toledo, Ohio. He also served as the system chief quality and integration officer at ProMedica.
